I was at st James last week (through work) no I could t get out of it.

There no way they can extend that anymore than they have.

Dont suppose you know what they did on the roof? A full overcoat? Or repairs? I'd love to get up and have a proper look at the state of it

Jet washed and repainted the full thing I think, including the steelwork above the roof.

A full recoat would take a good few weeks imo

Did the stadium tour after xmas. Place definitely needs a lick of paint and some TLC inside. Worn carpets, paint peeling off walls etc. There was a smoke alarm hanging from the roof on one side. Just stick a f***ing screw in. It would have taken someone about 5 seconds. The club should take pride in the stadium.

The concourses are the big issue but hard to extend as we would have to change the layout of the path and car parks

The roof has 100% been jet washed, I saw it happening one day when I was in.
