Striker situation

Yeah cos we not allowed to criticise his stupid decision not to get a striker because he has brought in lots of good young players

There is truth in that and ypu will take shit for it. Im sure there'll be the usual suspects telling us why we can't have another striker, just before we chuck a million or two here or there on another winger or midfielder.

It's going to harm us and is harming us. Anyone who denies it or makes excuses for it shouldn't really be taken seriously.

We will win some games particularly against poor times as we have some very creative players- many brought in by Speakman but it was still very stupid and could cost us promotion which with a decent striker we are well capable of.

This only ever comes out when we fail to win. Its pretty tedious stuff

Absolutely. utterly pointless raising this every time we drop points. Everyone knows we are short up top, some think its outrageous and the clubs fault, others think it was rank unfortunate but everyone agrees we are short of numbers after Stewarts injury. Everything has been argued, everything has been said. Just got to make do with what we have which is a group of very talented footballers brought in by some outstanding recruitment.
Aye, but some people only come on here to slag off Speakman and KLD. Nowhere to be seen, other than that.

What I worry about is his lack of goal record, as whilst it might just click for him, he's looking far from clinical so far and his record doesn't suggest he's much of a goalscorer.
3 goals in nearly 60 league appearances says it all really. Fecking spoon feet. We're lucky he is just on loan.

Going to end up costing us the playoffs like.

Amad is well and truly off the pace atm and Gelhardt can't hold it up. The ball keeps coming back and back because we can't get out.

Gutting

The reason Gelhardt can't hold it up is cos he saw your ma.

I took three viagra and tied a couple of lolly sticks to mine and I still couldn't hold it up, either.

I'm from Leeds seen a fair bit of him , and all my lufc pals rate him. He is very good and young just simply not a number 9 I reckon he'd be mint playing one of the other 3 roles behind , where he has for leeds. But he's thrown in trying to do a job we just won't see the best of him imo. Think he'll come good tho and get a few, puts in a shift all ya can ask really
