When he was first linked with us an Oxford fan I used to work with was good enough to ring around for my number to give me the word on him. He’d been on their forum (s) for years trying to drum up support for their acquisition of Oxford, their ground, training ground and surrounding land. Kinda lost interest a bit when the surrounding land to the training ground was never gonna be part of any deal.

I found his posts back then on there. Name was some ex oxford player.

We have had a terrible January transfer window, and it has suited both Sandgaard and Methven that it has conveniently taken place in the month of January. It has given both of them a ready made alibi for not strengthening the team this month.
 
It’s like the **** preys on vulnerable supporters and clubs, moving from desperate fan bases to another spouting the same old lies, which are easily swallowed as the fans are desperate to get out of their current lowly situation. Bloke is a parasite!
 
I still think it might have been worth a shot offering buttons for Miles Leaburn. Only just turned 19, 6' 5" and has scored six times in twenty appearances (many of them from the bench).
