Trouble again

Regaled this time &again

my brother had just started to see his future wife & his FIL got him hospitality tickets for the Darren Williams game I was in the away end

FIL said to him if your lot score I don’t want you cheering

que williams scored my brother said there was sunderland all over that day celebrating 😂

I’ve been in the legends lounge at boro a few seasons ago when we played them, went through work on a freebie. There were a few Sunderland in, didn’t hide the fact I was Sunderland either sadly though we had nothing to cheer. We lost 1-0.

I've seen some of yours I know inside the Riverside.just gave them a nod.
I don't see the problem if your mates help you to see the game.
Golden rule you don't take the piss.
I think you need to get out and about a bit more

Done it myself back when there was a lot more bother. Got tickets for a mate who followed Newcastle early '90s and seen quite a few Mags I knew by face but not mates from areas such as Peterlee in our end. As you say, people will do what they can to watch the match, no need to advertise that they're there.

I've been in countless home ends including the Holgate, Middlesbrough back in the early '90s.
I never get the point tbh. Just watch it in the pub with your mates if you can’t get a ticket

Following Sunderland from the pub is not the same as following Sunderland at the match. I've been in the home ends at Everton, Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City, Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wednesday, Nottingham and a few others. I'd rather be in the home end at the match than not being at the match at all.

They just get their sunlun supporting mates to get them. That's how I got one for the league Cup game at yours few year back
So someone has been daft enough 14 tickets for away fans in the home end in their name? Canny way to get yourself banned from the ground

The true Sunderland ranger!

I've been in a few home ends over the years including the holgate end mind there was a lot of Sunderland in as well,The last time we had about a third of it 74 lost 2-1 iirc a mate got hit with a stone as we went in the turnstile.
It got very dodgy towards the end as some lads start leaving early ....
Even though we use to.sing " when we leave we all leave together"
And that park nearby was always a dodgy area.
