Trouble again

Honestly mate, it was bloody awful to see and, as I was driving that day, can remember it all like it was yesterday.
Thankfully, I've never seen that before or since.

Aye it’s no good at all that, my mates dad is waiting for an operation now from the way he fell, properly took the shine off a mint night that.

You’ve brought to mind another incident that happened with Sheff Utd actually but I’m going back to the early 00s, there was some bother centrally and a friend of a friend for separated and followed a lad running in red and white, he wasn’t our red and white though, 4 of them set about him and put him in hospital.

Not a very nice place Sheffield when I think about it really.

The lad who did it was a big fella as well mate. He could easily have gone round the corner and found plenty of Sunderland lads willing to oblige him.
It was right near their main entrance with not a copper to be seen.

Just unfortunate and unlucky.
Makes me think about all the times been with both my young lads.
Ironically a fair few times to Sheffield United by car and train.

Most fans are excellent, just a few cowardly bastards would do that.

United
Always been worse than Wednesday for me.

Hope he's ok mate

Probably the worst thing I've seen at football happened before a play-off semi in Sheffield.
I'd parked about half a mile away from Bramall Lane and 4 of us were walking, minding our own when what seemed lime hundreds piled out of the Cricketers. A bloke, his missus and their little lad - about 4 years old, holding both their hands were walking along. The little lad had a SAFC too on and one of the Sheffield United "lads" chinned the fatha and stuck him on his arse. The little lad and woman were crying their eyes out. Awful.
Scum. I don't care which clubs fans do that. That is scum of the earth man. I can't even imagine it.

Just tried to PM you back mate but it wouldn't let me.
Was Dunlop, he was called Colin (I think) or was it Bryan? (there was two brothers). Daft as a brush but a cracking lad.
I got him a ticket for the Roker away fan ban game and he was going to reciprocate for the one at St.James' but I bottled it last minute.

Apparently he knifed a West Ham fan in the 80s but was a properly canny lad in his later years.

Not ringing any bells. I sat with your fans at the 1-2, Liam O'Brien free kick, game. Never been in a hurry to do it again.

That happened in it's loosest sense. If 'taking' is being present, announcing themselves, then leaving post haste.

First game at SOL. I know for a fact there was bother all over the City. I was drinking in Lambton Worm when the knackers turned up.

There wasn't trouble all over like mate. If you'd said 92, fair enough, that was nuts.
