Mortimer & Whitehouse Gone Fishing


My old man's favourite program. He's always loved his freshwater and sea fishing and tried and tried again to get me into fishing from a bairn but I've never ever fancied it !!
I do go to his to watch Mortimer and whitehouse though and we love it. I love Mortimer. My Old man had a stroke last Friday but he's back out of hospital and on his feet again albeit a bit shook up and shaky ! Very very lucky . . Pleased he got to see another Christmas special, I feel blessed . . It's the small things.
 
Calm down it’s a blatant set up .
Was canny when it first aired. But unfortunately morphed into corny music and Mortimer falling over to often .

Still watch it though. As I have from day one
 
i enjoyed watching that last night. sometimes christmas specials go over the top and try too hard. this was just as subtle and enjoyable as all the previous shows.
