So what actual action are those objecting to this match going to take?
Boycott the club from now?
Organise a protest or a petition?
Email the club ? You may have done that already, as one of the 46.

Spouting off on here, about anything, achieves very little other than “getting something off your chest” which is good of course but it’s not going to make a bit of difference .

We have took a stand against the mags as a fanbase, and fulfilling this fixture would thoroughly humiliate us.

We have to show we are different as a fanbase when it comes to this.

The Mags thing is wrong because it’s sport washing, because it’s state sponsored ownership of a football team and undermines fair competition and imposes onto our country and sport owners and rulers from a country whose values and behaviours are abhorrent to the UK.

Beyond that however we know sport is one of the most effective way of bringing people of different cultures together, of breaking down barriers and positively influencing each other.

In this respect a friendly in Dubai against a team with no known association with the rulers is nothing more than a harmless friendly with no one compromised.

To put this in some context our national team is playing Iran in a World Cup tie next week yet no one sees that as being questionable.

People just want to get a grip

Our fans have in fairness. You can’t control what the club does, you can choose whether to clamor for the Saudi’s to buy your club or make a stand at the slightest association with them.

I’d say in both cases fanbases lived up to my expectations of them. Ours letting the club know they’re not impressed and the mags slavering all over anyone with a few quid.

1. Stop gaslighting. Plenty of threads over the years on here about Saudi atrocities

2. Glad you've acknowledged involvement with these monsters is abhorrent

3. You've ruined the progress made in point 2 by falling in to the sportswashing trap

4. Every SPL side has links to the regime. Al Shabab have strong ones. Including direct ongoing links to a man heavily involved in media suppression within Saudi and a bombing campaign of Yemen a decade or so ago

5. Its vile. Every England player at this tournament should be ashamed of themselves. Iran should have received the same expulsion Russia did. But that would also apply to the majority of this world cup

So you think the ticket office staff are too busy dealing with other stuff rather than selling tickets or answering ticketing queries? If you've not got an answer to an email about tickets then that's due to lack of staff, nowt else.
