Hasenhüttl

I think he's a decent manager. Kept them afloat during a period where I don't think they've bought well.

He's never coming to the bottom half of the Championship mind. Will probably go back to the Bundesliga and get a decent job there.

Can’t think of a worse fit. No doubt they’ve got someone lined up though.
They played yesterday as if the players and staff already knew he was gone.
Really?

Dyche worked wonders with a low budget at Burnley, good at developing younger players (of which Southampton bought tons in the summer), gets the best out of average players, used to working with restrictions.

Personally think he would be a good fit, hardest bit would probably be trying to keep them up this season.

I’m quite confident that Southgate won’t manage a premier league side again. Must be mad to employ him.
After he's been there 6 months, they won't be a Prem side mate.😅
Seriously though mate, pretty good bet if they make no announcemdnt before the WC starts.

Been given fuck all backing, TBF.

They had a working model for years using the academy and investing the profits, but then they got too big for the boots and started chucking cash at the wrong players. Classic case of fixing something that wasn't broken.
