I bow to your superior knowledge. Personally I think it is a whole combination of factors. I have seen it in affluent areas also and I attribute that to lockdown and kids thinking they can get away with it. Elsewhere, there will be economics thrown into it. But whether I am right or wrong it will get worse before it gets better.

Some of the old soul crew lads where big nasty fookers, a lot of them where boxers that ran the doors around Cardiff...I don't think they attend matches and haven't for a while...aged between 20 -35 back in the 90s early to mid noughts.
