Warm weather training during WC break

Can someone explain to me what the point of warm weather training during the Winter is?
They’ll come back after the break in December, and it’ll be freezing. Would it not be better for them to stay here and train?
Training won't be disrupted through bad weather here plus more time together for team bonding

Fair play, didn’t think of that. Was just thinking they’d come back from training in 30+ degrees and will have to play a match in 0-5 degrees. Quite a difference.
