To be honest I do like the look of gibson, but i know what you mean about experience. What's the crack with rushworth?

I mean apart from him being injured towards the end of the season I think he was just speculating that 'if' something happened to him and 'if' something happened to Raine, then the club will be in deep do-do's. In that scenario I'd have thought they have to recruit externally for an experienced bowler. So why did they let Salisbury go? Maybe, he wanted a change of scenery. Who knows.
 
Claude Henderson (Director of Cricket at Leicester) described Salisbury as “a very frustrated cricketer”. If you look back at his early form in 2021 against Notts and Essex, following which he was sidelined, I think it is very apparent why he chose not to extend his stay at Durham.

A lot of those at Durham when Franklin was in charge.
 
I see that Nic Maddison has carried his sparkling form back to Victoria and has managed just a small handful of runs in his three matches so far. Oh dear.
