My dad passed away yesterday and among the many things swirling round my brain last few days was that he wouldnt get to see the new episodes , I was so looking forward to having him home and watching them with him.

I must have missed that. I picked up the Proclaimers and Lloyd Cole. The music is well chosen in a few series now.

Just watched the last episode, the Carp and Barbel.
Just wonderful.
Mind you singing bird was not a Blackbird, but a Wren.

Favourite programme on TV. Has everything but most of all gives you a much needed injection of the feel good factor.
Should be on for an hour.
