It seems you have to be offered a tracker rather than actually seeing this supposed ISS.
One time it was impossible to catch due to this 16-times-a-day apparent orbit around a supposed globe or 18,000 mph and we think we can comprehend that because it's been whacked into our heads to become an accepted speed and also a widespread "yep I've seen it and this is what it looks like" mindset.
Forgive me if I don't buy into it.
The aerodynamics are all wrong because the ISS is an effigy offered to us. What is up there is anyone's guess who doesn't accept a big numb-looking thing with big so-called solar panels on it and all the rest of the junk.
It looks very good as a model in a studio which is what it is to be.
What goes on inside is merely CGI and the compartments are simply in a big building.
But then again that's just my opinion and feel free to go with whatever you feel about my opinion.
It adds to the space fantasy.
