Given that Lees has only played only 2 and a bit days cricket in the last 3 weeks and won't play again until December I'd say it's in everyone's interest that he does play. Be interesting to see if Robinson plays for us in the final 2 games.

I wholeheartedly agree, but this is FTECB we’re talking about. They’ll probably deem that he needs a rest
As for Robinson, I’m not sure where he would come in? Mackintosh has been excellent with the gloves and hasn’t disgraced himself with the bat. Everywhere else is fairly well covered I’d say. If anyone is going to come in as a batsman it should be Bushnell.

If he can't be dropped after that game then why bring a keeper as he had to be undroppable..... This is assuming Robinson is signed

I think he's going to be a superb addition, but can't see why he'd come up for the last two games.
However Kent's other 2 wicketkeeper s are in Pakistan

This is true. But he had a bad day. As the commentators on the stream said late swing wasn't helping him.
For me the thing to accept is that every one has a bad day at some time. Bob Willis got walloped for 30 odd in an over by Glen Chapple. Stokes had his bad day with the ball in a cup final. And so on......
But, Macintosh, apart from that, has been excellent imho.

I'm guessing you're right there. Macintosh is still a good wickie though. Two wickies are a good idea, three is better.
We did, mainly due to a combination of poor bowling and incredibly excessive late swing. He took an absolute screamer of a catch off Potts and had another one which was similar which everyone appealed for and the umpire claimed hit the pad and not the bat.
What’s more, given the clamour for youth to be brought in to the side, it’s hardly fair that after one poor performance (not my words) he be jettisoned.
He’s done very well since he came into the side and I for one would like to see him keep his place.
Disappointed not to see Lees back.
