Kalvin Phillips signing for Manchester City

Kalvin is nowhere near good enough for Man City. Baffles me why Pep signed him, English quota perhaps?

Best wishes,
HB

if they sign him they have regressed over two years. Grealish, Ake and Phillips aren’t Man City quality.

I watched the Man City, Liverpool game and I was thinking when he came on late, Grealish didnt look as good as Jack Clarke 😱

I think the commentary mentioned Grealish didn't have an 'assist' this season, never checked but find that amazing 🤔

They don’t

They need 8 homegrown players in the 25. They have Foden, Stones, Walker, Carson, Grealish, Phillips, and then under 21s who don’t count in the 25

They’re close to their 17 limit of non homegrown
Obviously isn't as black and white as this if they don't have enough as it is
