Yeah, that's the more sensible shout. Or can you have 2 overseas? Obviously balancing quality with opportunity for youth

1 overseas but there's dodgy passport deals and such to allow a way around things. Although post Brexit maybe not, for eg Di venuto on an Italian passport might not work anymore.

Think we'll maybe try and pick up some county pros to replace th likes of Salisbury/eckersley/dickson alongside one overseas.

But also it depends on the confidence we feel in the batting (McKinney, Whitfield, crawshaw, Bushnell, doneathy) and bowling (macalindon, Gibson, Killeen, the other one I've forgotten) development

I've merely expressed my opinion of whom I'd like to see get the job, I've got no inside information. Some people are dismissing that which is entirely fine, but fail to offer their own names (maybe they can't think of anyone). For me Killeen will tick the boxes for Marcus North hence I think he will get the job, it would be a very easy & appointment for Marcus North to make.
