So you’re avoiding the music

That’s be a decent set like. I’ve nominated to go to Newcastle & get some new work shirts & shoes.
Aye
I love my bands but never really been into the pub/cover band scene
Im in 1 myself and we go down great but i wouldn't come and see us
The 1977 ones about once a year or a gig with something else connecting it (birthday , mate visiting etc ) is great
One of my mates down right refuses ,he's a proper audiophile with about a 1000 albums and dont know how many gigs under his belt

I mean, some pub bands are shit at best, but I’d not avoid them on purpose like

We're starting at the Peacock, may head to Deptford if weather OK
Isis was good the other week I was in. Dun Cow, Vaults. Saltgrass, Kings Arms. Canny little day with a couple in each one. Make sure neebody switches the juke box on though ;)
