My Dad’s mate is a Charlton fan, they love him. I’ve seen them a few times against us and other sides and I’ve never really been impressed or seen that he’s anything more than a League One plodder.

They also love Dobson, who made my eye bleed when watching him.
Love him , I don't think so. He is a league one plodder who needs a strike partner alongside. Playing him up front on his own is painful to watch. Dobbo on the other hand is good at what he does and has been one of few good signings.

Every player Neil wanted to bring in was knocked back, hence why he left....The club won't break the lowest wage structure!
oh aye? you think we got clarke on the lowest wage structure around?
the league determine our wage bill, its really none of the owners business...but we are signing expensive players despite that.
alex neil has admitted that in the past his recruitment strategy has been poor, centered on his fondness for persistening with players he already knew.

Christ, why are you back?

And I know for a fact that AN wanted Ballard, Clarke, Roberts & Simms. To say every player he wanted was knocked back is a complete lie
Yes we know for a fact Neil wanted them. I expect a name of some plodder to be attributed to Neil every day to give some posters their daily fix to help them through these difficult times.

Here’s one for tomorrow - Kyle Lafferty, he wanted him as cover for LND and Simms but the club said no.

Why is the wage bill ‘none of the owner’s business’?
