Happy to be proved wrong with Mowbray, i will say i thought Neil would be a shit appointment for us but it ended up going great. Sometimes a manager and a club just work even if recent history of either says the contrary.
Definitely not the worst appointment being linked by a long shot.

Tbh with this group of players and the way we've been playing it would take quite a bit to fuck up, has Mowbray got that in his locker?

Usually I don’t agree with you, but I think you are pretty much spot on there.
 
Realistically we need a couple of steady years in the Championship to get the club back on its feet. Mowbray might just be that man to steady the ship.
He probably isn't the one to take us forward but at the moment it could be a steady appointment.

(Underwhelming I know but that's the real world)

Been coming I reckon ever since Neil went for dinner with Peter Coates a couple of weeks ago. I saw Mowbray coming out of the main entrance after the QPR game, I think things were moving then just incase !

My point is that those clubs all thought TM was worthy of being their manager, yet the vast majority of posts on this thread make it quite clear that he's not worthy of your club.

Spin it how you want - the arrogance and attitude towards the bloke is shocking.
Personal insults too - bet all that changes if he has you up towards the top of the league.
 
It’s uninspiring and I can see why people are upset. My initial reaction was “ffs” but looked into it a bit more and hoping my assumptions about him are wrong.

My feeling is he won’t last the season, but then again I thought Neil was a terrible appointment.

However Neil has done the same in 9 years as Mowbray has done in 20? (PL promotion and league 1 promotion?).
