I don't think it's a bad appointment -- he's a solid Championship manager who knows the area & club very well --- should slot in quickly.


Also we needed a quick appointment - to help get key transfer deadline deals & stop drift (2 or 3 weeks with no-one in charge could have killed us).


I'll give him a chance & we all need to.

Any news on why the brighton lad is off? Thought if it was mowbray that would surely strengthen our position to sign him due to previously playing under him
