Tony Mowbray Rumour

Not my first pick and posting it a second time but…
  • Well thought of by fans at his previous club
  • Has experience of promotion from this league
  • Has experience of keeping newly promoted sides in the championship
  • Favours a youthful team
  • We know he can work with the recruitment team
  • His record everywhere is ok at worst. No major disasters on his cv
Let’s focus on the positives for once eh? People were saying Neil was just the cheap uninspiring choice now they’re apoplectic he’s gone.

He
Wad of been sounded out weeks ago.The owners must of had a good idea AN was going to go once an average championship side were interested.Total lack of thinking by KLD.
He was at the Last home game!

we cant let it drag on for weeks either like we did last time

so if this is it..then so be it

this is still season of consolidation to me

Not sure who I would want but he is a bit disappointing if it is Mowbray he gets a clean slate and my best wishes. Loved him as a player, a proper gritty centre half. Dreadful manager at Celtic. Has done ok at Blackburn so hope that is nearer to what we get. Not sure he has been that keen on us in the past, sure he made cheap jibes when he was at West Brom but if it is him I will back him until he lets me down.

Celtic. Didn't even last a season. Most part has been mediocre, either with promoting a relegated side or, well that is pretty much is in 20 years of management.
They were still second. It’s not a disaster season in that league just the nature of a two horse race.

The rest is pretty much the same thing everyone levelled at Neil. We’ve just come up from league one. Someone with a history of getting sides up to the championship and keeping them there before getting them close to playoffs sounds ideal to me.
