Huge leap in all fairness. She's never managed men's football. Never had to coach a team at the speed and intensity that men play the game at compared to women. She won't have managed players who, more than likely, have egos much larger than those in the women's game. This isn't me being sexist at all, it's just explaining the facts.

I'm not saying I wouldn't be willing to give her a chance, however the leap between men's and women's games are huge and it would take a ballsy owner to hire her.
Leap of faith ? More like going over Niagara in a barrel

I would genuinely jack in with Sunderland. Nothing against the woman’s game but I could see us becoming a complete (more of a) laughing stock.
+ can’t bide that Hayes.
Fwiw she’s probably on more money than AN and would turn us down.

It would certainly be an interesting choice, and not without merit - she's done a great job.

But it would be a big leap into the unknown.
Took to page 2 to see a balanced view

Might even be worth giving her an interview for the old codgers on here to never recover

Ok I don’t like her. Maybe some woman managers I might like (couldn’t name one) so why shouldn’t a woman play in the team then? Or a transgender. It’s happening in all other sports. Is it a matter of time?
