If he leaves us for Stoke - despite the relative size of each club’s potential (to us as outsiders) - then we should be asking what has gone wrong behind the scenes, for him to make that decision.

I think we can do both. I’d think poorly of Neil to jump ship at this stage but I’d be questioning the clubs role in that as well. Entire situation is crap.

It isnt and Mr Neil takes some of the blame. Got the contract he wanted and knows the route the club are going down. If he's asked to speak to them I'd wish him well and I'd replace him immediately. The club shouldn't be changing its approach for anyone
