Don’t think we would have much say on wether he played or not, Brighton obviously wanted their reserves in and before he signs for anyone it’s up to those when he plays

Tell yer what Wayne your absolutley spot on. A few years back I was actually told of that by a premier league referee who I used to work with in Merseyside Police, a lad called Chris Foy. Chris actually told me that certain refs did target specific players and I remember him telling me once that as far as Sunderland was concerned , over the years, he had been told of specific targeting of Cattermole, Cana and Hutchinson among others.

Well this is bullshit as he was a cyclist not a referee.
