Leicestershire v Durham RL50

Killeen is the bowling coach. The bowling is weakened by the absence of Raine, Carse,Potts and Salisbury. He has no responsibility for signings or the coaching of the batsmen. He can only select what is available to him.
He's not just bowling coach for this competition is he so basically if we were doing well you would praise him but when we aren't you are not holding him accountable at all

If you look on the club website, under Staff, Killeen is described as Assistant Lead Coach and Bowling Coach.
He is 2nd in command,so, would stand in for Franklin when he is away.

You can't just praise people when things go well then not hold them accountable if it doesn't he's in charge whether people like it or not

He's managing the team for a few weeks with games coming thick and fast plus considerable travel. No one could realistically make any improvement under those restraints. What exactly qualifies you to comment on who and when I would praise or condemn?.

My worry is that when we play the last 4 red ball games we will still be without Carse, Potts and Salisbury.

If this was Franklin in charge you wouldn't be making excuses so you praise people when things go well but won't criticise when they don't must be great that

It's a long time since I've had any opportunity to level any praise. I want Durham to be successful,I'd be delighted to justify praise.
Our tail end batting has come on a treat these last few games. Certainly nowt to do with Franklin.

They don't even do that often.
Durham's comms hark back to glory days of the DSL in the 1970s when you'd be walking past the public pay phone in the pavilion at Ropery Lane and some bloke would ring from Phili asking how Ch le St were doing against North Durham and then telling you that Stuart Wilkinson had just taken 5 wickets in an over and the rest of the Wearmouth side were refusing to come out and bat.

Our continued losses in this format very much down to Killeen
