From what Bostock reported during the zoom forum the hotel will be sighted along from the Bannantyne's at the Lumley End

That's weird, so as a member you could wander around inside this hotel and either have two areas or they give the existing members area to hospitality

There was a video shown of the new developments at the last awards event. As I understand it, this showed the hotel, new stand to replace the trapdoor, and pavilion/hospitality extension. I haven’t seen this, but Bostock mentioned it in the pre season members do.
I think it’s correct that the hotel will be where the car park at the Lumley end is currently. The work will only start when DCCC show that they have their share of the funds in place.

Frequent and lengthy injuries are often a sign of a discontented squad. Strange how happy and successful squads hardly ever have injuries. But like the more I practise the luckier I get.

It's based on the Roman pronunciation of the letter C is hard. So Celtic is pronounced Keltic not Seltic.
