that is shocking like

MacIntosh: I reckon he has shown he a good wickie, I like the cut of his jib, but we surely need a good substitute.

Imagine if Rushy picks up an injury, hardly bears thinking about.

It's a bit alarmist like, not sure how much cricket you'd miss as a Scotland regular? As you say Mackintosh seems canny, doneathy has been criminally underused and Bushnell has looked the part and macalindon looks decent. So that's the best part of a team.

Still woefully short mind so I'm not disagreeing

Off the back of some good performances from durham academy bowlers over the last few games and academy bats for england u19s how are we now feeling about this? i'd be quite excited to see a team made up of the likes of these

Jones, McKinney, Borthwick, Bedingham, Bushnell, Trevaskis, McKintosh, Coughlin, Raine, McAlindon, Rushworth

(lees, carse, potts) gibson, killeen, drissell, doneathy, clark, crawshaw, whitfield

Might need an opening bat to cover mckinney being a bairn and jones getting called up occasionally (no idea how often scotland play?) and a strike bowler depending on how much mcalindon develops and coughlin will probably get more treatment than game time - although i'd like to see doneathy take his role anyway. see what happens with the olly robinson rumour anarl.

still a good chance we'd be very inconsistant due to inexperience and doubtful we'd tear up division 2 but im sure FTECB would find a way to stop us getting promoted anyhow even if we won every game. 95% of those players our own academy products

Woefully short and there are rumours of teams tapping up Bedingham it’s an utter mess. We are in serious danger of been cut adrift at the bottom of division 2 for years.

i was quite surprised to see that in a season that was felt awful for both of them, bedingham has averaged just shy of 50 and borthwick just a shade under 40

Yes,I was wondering about Bedingham's lengthy and frequent injuries. Amazing how contended players often continue playing with finger injuries.
Clark has another year
Drissell only has a 1 year contract.
