Ticket shambles today

I haven’t received my Sheff United tickets.

I’m working away tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday and going straight to the ground

Nee idea what I’m going to do. I’ve emailed the club but had nowt back. Might need to meet some one half way if they turn up. If not I’ll have to see if their ticket office can sort me out.

Whole thing is a piss take.

At the very minimum they should be posting a new one out directly to you. I'd suggest it should come with a voucher for a beer or two in the stadium as well to compensate for your experience today.

Good luck trying to get in the shop ffs. This Davison fella needs the bullet.
A blind man on a galloping horse can see the problems over there. They are failing miserably to tap in to the new found optimision around the place. Get the fucker kicked out and get someone in who can run the place properly. Penny pinching doesn't work , and pisses hordes of fans off.

I dont like to see people loosing their job but whoever is overseeing out ticketing arrangements obviously is not cut out for a career in customer service.

Harder to get into the SOL than North Korea adn people wanting refunds on STs they have bought. The ownership needs to sort this out as it is costing the club a lot of money and goodwill.

I remember the good old days, never got me tickets in time, called the club and arranged replacements to be waiting at the away ground - nee bother.

Compare that to now, had a season ticket for 6-7 year and can't even get in the ground with it

I just want to give them a ring and work out what my options are there and then.

Rather than having to email, then wait for their response and then me having to email them back with any questions.

I really feel for the lads/lasses working in any capacity on the retail or ticketing side as they’re being hung out to dry. They’ll get the wrath of people stood in the queue for starters.

Mate, this fucker will be on vast amounts of money, and is costing the ordinary punter . Just demote him to the bars if necessary. He couldn't run a bath, never mind a football club.

Whoever in charge needs to ask themselves why they think it's acceptable to take zero accountability for the problems people are experiencing.

As a fan it's beyond frustrating, you aren't able to push for any answers at the office because they don't have any and the security will turf anybody getting irate.

Just what exactly are people supposed to do? They need to be careful because by far the easiest option is to sack the whole thing off.

I'll happily hold my hands up if I'm wrong but I have absolutely no faith in this happening. Will give it until next weekend before seeing if I can find the time to go down before Norwich.

I can't figure out yet whether he's his own man, or a puppet /yes man for the owners, who's only brief is to save ad much money ad possible, and fuck the consequences. SAFC as an institution has a history of being handed too much goodwill for nowt. We’ve been a soft touch for too long. Every regime since WW2 has took the piss.

I actually dont care what he is or what his title is, he is doing a terrible job, and he claims to be a supporter? Just as bad as the Oxford criminals and that Jock chancer we had as CEO in my eyes

The club shop before the game was also a mess. I've never seen the queue inside that long before. No junior kits. Pretty much only lasses sizes left.

If it’s like when we were in on Friday the shirts they are selling as lasses are mens on womens hangers.
All shirts were branded as L and XL etc

The Jock was given a brief and his hands were tied. He had a zero budget. The owner claims we are in the up, I am dumbfounded at his lack of vision to get the club firing on the commercial side . It's actually costing them money. If I was as bad at my job ad this fucker, I'd be on my arse, and rightly so.
