Yup. Happened to my mate anarl. They gave him a replacement for his roker end ST up in the premier concourse and took his ST off him. He said there was 6 rows of others in the same boat up there. Shambles

I’m typing an email out putting all of todays grievances into words but I’m thinking is it worth it.
Where will I send it… Chris waters? The ticket office certainly don’t respond.
We had a great day and turned up at 25 to 3 and from there the day went downhill.

I've been wondering the same thing. I thought to definitely include Chris Waters as he at least seems competent enough to be able to point in the right direction or forward on.

Well they also got this wrong

The statement confirms that block U40 is classed as the roker end following consultation with supporters groups, then goes onto to say roker end season card holders can access via certain turnstiles.

I’m in block u40 and none of the stated turnstiles on the statement would allow me entry 🤣

I’m in the same boat although I leant a couple of tickets out for the opener. My ticket and another in our group that has changed seat haven’t been used yet this season. It’ll be a lottery to know if they’ll work.
 
So the club make a total arse of your season card,move you too another seat,then you have to sort it out yourself at the TO at the next home game which is a 12 30 kick off,total shambles

Sorry I meant to message, was umming and ahhhing all day about the cricket at whitburn or the gig but decided on the cricket. Then by the time I got there it had finished so I just sulked my way home totally not in the mood for owt.
