Whats for tea tonight then smb?

Some combination of chorizo sausages and sweet potatoes but I haven't worked out what to do them yet. My usual cooking style is to ignore recipes and just chuck stuff together to see what happens.

Try blending it all for 10 min. and deep fry patties of it. Serve with a sour cream based dip with Sriracha or sweet chili sauce and water crest.

Let me know how it is :)

A dish of my own invention.
Tin of chicken in white sauce, add ham, chicken stock , mushroom bouillon, garlic, salt, black pepper and butter .
Serve over plain boiled rice . Delicious .

That’s a tray bake if you’re in two minds about what to do. Get some peppers, onions and tomatoes and roast it all together. Squeeze some lemon juice over it when you’re ready to eat it. Easy tea.

Ower the Lakes at the caravan so an easy tea of Roast Chicken (Spit roast, oh er missus, from Sainsbo`s) Mixed leaves, grated carrot, Orange Pepper, spring onions, cress, sweet vine tomatoes doused in Mango and Chilli dressing and buttered crusty baguette

I'll save that idea for next time but I decided to bung them in a casserole dish with some veg which needs using up while I have a soak in the bath.

Water cress isn't something I tend to have in the back of the fridge.

Chicken salad most of which my dog scoffed. She loves lettuce. And chicken. And cucumber. And egg. 🙄
