My take:

Thought the whole thing was class.. but being in the SEC its probably the worst place to get any sort of good view of it all

Slight criticism on the ship.. was a little bit unclear but just a minor quibble.

It didn't take away from the atmosphere at all. If anything it lifted it as Noon kick offs is an absolutely horrendous kick off time so was pleasantly surprised.

Aye, the shape of it meant it was hard to see unless directly opposite. Thankfully, it’ll all be South Stand for the foreseeable so everyone will see it!

Getting loads of recognition from other clubs. And those vloggers who rock up said it really adds to the atmosphere.
Yes today looked class before anyone starts. But we've had them for the last game of last season and the first game of this season. Now can we leave it at that and let the natural atmosphere do the talking. We're not mags and we don't need constant reassuring as to how class we are. Ta.
How does it stop the atmosphere from building up naturally?
The examples matter Davy Hotspur lad.

The Gallowgate and Kop like it or not are renowned for having good atmospheres. The point being that although they have flags and demonstrations before the game it doesn’t impede the atmosphere.
The best atmospheres around the planet are from fan bases that also have displays. It doesn't hinder at all. In fact I can't see how any lone can thinking holding a flag for a few seconds can hinder or remove an atmosphere that's been building.

That flag is tremendous. I'd happily pay the costs to keep that going. A serious offer here @Doberman . Dont let the detractors put you down. Awesome effort. Well done.

Please share them mate. We aren’t a “we’re in charge of everything” group at all. Our sole aim is to improve the atmosphere, regardless of where that comes from.

We’re willing to put the time in to turn ideas into reality, but they don’t have to be our ideas!
Good to hear, I didnt think that for a second, if so much effort is clearly being put in it would make sense to get the biggest bang for the buck. For me the noise is the biggest factor and if you could influence that then that would be great. I remember the "Super Kenwyne Jones" song being stuck up in the toilets years ago and it taking off. Be great if that could be organised or something similar, the song book is shite at the minute. Loch Ness Drogba and other player songs put out to the fans outside of the South Stand. I'm going to fall short of suggesting a drum but a chant that doesn't lose momentum after 20 seconds cos it's at the speed of light would help.

Thank you mate. We have the designs ready to send to the printers for brand new, reusable, red and white flags to create a red and white wall.

If you’d like to support it, please consider donating via the link below. Thank you❤️🤍

We’ve considered a drum. We get people banging the metalwork anyway. However you need someone with a modicum of drumming ability to make it work.

We’ve got a YouTube channel now, so hopefully we’ll get some songs going on the away match buses and they’ll take off from there.

The Ross Stewart chant was ridiculous.. over within 5 seconds

I appreciate all the time and effort SO37 are putting into trying to improve the match day experience, but I find it a little cringe worthy sometimes. Just my personal opinion, not trying to be a dick or owt… 🫣

As I said, we considered it. Then the idea went in the bin. Don’t worry, it’s not on the agenda😂

I've donated previously mate, around 3 year ago. But that flag needs keeping, it's what I see in us as a club. I'm not particularly interested in the rest of it re rhe red and white cards, but that flag was quality. I'm a old school lad. Pm a message on potential costs, I'll see qwhat I can do.

Whinging f***ers.
For the first time in over a decade we have not only a club that allows the fans to do displays like this but also a fan base that is willing to get behind it.
Im sure I’m not alone in feeling there is a rebirth in this beautiful club of ours. And that isn’t salmon pants or ‘another generic manager/loan player’. We have a team that we all realise aren’t championship standard let alone premier league but there is an obvious team spirit. And that team are prepared to put in a shift for each other circa 97/98.
Ive never been so proud or passionate about the lads as I am at the moment since perhaps when quinny came in.
Today was flat as a pancake atmosphere wise but the displays were awesome. First game of the season, mid day kick off, and yet when the displays went up the whole place was at worst intrigued but at best mainly in awe.
we’re all on a buzz after Wembley but, as we realise, we will struggle this season and staying up is a priority in what will be probably a pretty ugly season. If flags and displays help the club and fans create ANYTHING it could get us over the finish line next may.
Absolute credit to everyone involved.

Anyone know why we went with red and white hoops for the display when we play in stripes? Looked a bit odd and wonky imo

I know why! It follows the design of the banners (which don’t work with stripes) and was a change from stripes.

If we do stripes every time, people will get bored quickly. We need to come up with something different every time to keep it exciting and new!
