Gidman shows his face a lot (I think that's him chatting to someone in the trapdoor stand now) but North and Franklin nowhere to be seen. As I keep saying, they don't give a fuck about the members and I doubt they care much about the club to be honest. Both seem content and safe in their roles. You can tell which club is progressing and which club isn't

Yeah it was Franklin I was getting at. Gidman was talking a long time with someone in the Trapdoor and is now talking with The Magistrare.

Yet you wouldn't mention it if we won few games it's no big deal

Him & Walker are very well respected here. The complete opposite to North & Franklin who have made absolutely no effort to engage with members and dare I say the media a lot of the time. Throw in the fact both are doing a very poor job....

I would happily praise but I can't as we don't win games under him. I'm still sat here now, spending good money and using my annual leave, I want us winning games and showing signs of progression. This will be 1 win in 9 this season with 3 wins in 14 in the T20. That doesn't deserve any sort or praise. His record whilst at Durham is pathetic which I put up on here a few weeks ago. Our best spell was when he wasn't at the club which tells you everything. The ground is empty right now, crowds are noticeably very low this season and it's on him and North, nobody else. It's a results business. Praise when it's due but there is absolutely nothing to praise about his record as Durham coach or whatever his stupid title is.

He's the top coach he should be speaking to the media. All other coaches did through good & bad. No doubt North will be showing his face soon as England are in town in a few days. One positive of them not speaking to the media is that Martin Emmerson is off the fence these days with his views. Firm believer in communication. The lack of communication has meant he has lost it with the members. Walk round the ground, nobody has a good word to say about him and truth be told I don't think the players like him but that last bit is merely a gut feeling. The lack of members forums and comms with the club is just beyond embarrassing. None of them give a toss sadly.
