Lied to us, repeatedly, when he “took control” of the club and is clearly chummy with Methven and Donald - he sat next to Charlie for months until it came out that he hadn’t bought them out in full and then tried to distance himself.

Does seem very convenient for KLD to have Donald and Methven around as the whipping boys, and is a ready made excuse for not spending some cash in the transfer market. He could of course, quite easily, (if he actually does have the £££, which has been disputed) put this all to bed and rid the club of a lot of negativity by buying them out.

Who is realistically going to be champing at the bit to buy 39% of a business and not have input on the running of it?

If it’s true that John Reece has had contact with the club then it’s not completely out of the question. Admittedly unlikely, but he’ll have known the percentage share up for sale and, if true, he was still interested

Being serious for a bit I don’t think it matters too much who buys the shares as long as they can actually pay for them with their own money and afford to pay their dues with their own money.

cm and SD are too damn contentious to remain in place. Saying that it would be nice to have a bit of a billionaire supporting KLD’s control.
