12 wickets have fallen in almost 8 32 over sessions so far. Fairly typical across the country this year. Doesn’t make for exciting cricket. We need a fairer contest between bat and ball to get results.

I got there for 1.40pm on Sunday and by 2pm I knew it was the slowest wicket of the season.
