I would suspect more than Ashley ever would - what do you think?do PIF have plans to long term spend the poer they have?
they "have" more money..but they also want to spend it on lots of different things..for example they are spending billions on golf right now and also have put a lot of cash into various investment funds.I would suspect more than Ashley ever would - what do you think?
Quantuma have been poor for a while like they need looking at outside of football also. You must be logged on to see media items
Does not sound good
A bit like Bob Murray thenHe cannot match PIF’s spending power so it’s irrelevant and long term I get why the Mags thought Ashley was toxic with turgid football and a desire to only avoid relegation each year
He will get teams to the promised land and then be happy with the odd relegation here and there - that’s not good enough for us or Derby
Is that right? The convention has been two divisions below hasn't it? Bury was different because the club didn't cease to exist but just had no league to play in.Lucky bugger has dodged Gillingham mind. The novelty of going there wore off the minute I stepped outside Gillingham station. Mind you, he does get the rural charm of vegan Forest Green.
Phoenix club will have to start from the bottom. Northern League level.

Yeah but that was 30 years ago. Off the top of my head, examples since where the club has joined two divisions below are Halifax, Telford, Chester. I would be amazed if a much bigger club was forced into step 6 or whatever.Aldershot had to start from the Isthmian League Division 3. They were in League 2 when liquidated. That was a drop of five levels. You must be logged on to see external links.

As ever. Nip in at a bargain basement priceDoesn't sound good for Kirchner. You'd think he would have updated fans if he's met the deadline, given how fond of social media he is. Ashley waiting in the wings and you'd have to think he's playing a good game of poker.
Side comment- no one has gone bust more than NuneatonYeah but that was 30 years ago. Off the top of my head, examples since where the club has joined two divisions below are Halifax, Telford, Chester. I would be amazed if a much bigger club was forced into step 6 or whatever.
Yeah, that's probably true. Another reason why I would be astonished if the highest potential league didn't decide they fancied the boost of selling Derby as many tickets as they can. They were all non-league when they went bust. There is a Bury phoenix club; they started in the North West Counties league. The reality is that where they start is down to whichever league will take the phoenix.
Let's be honest , he neglected every other part of the business other than the 1st team, and even then he let that run self sufficient. I know it's cool to say on here , he had them running well etc, but he really didn't do a great job there and I can see why every mag I know was against himReally..??
How do you work that one our like?
Bloke spent £40m+ to get the mags back into Premier League after relegation, left them with money in bank and more than stable finances following the sh*tshow he inherited.
