I’m assuming that Donald and co don’t have the funds to finance promotion requirements for the Championship.
Even if players are targeted, KLD needs a % from Donald and Charlie as the agreed process.

tbh if what we are hearing is correct, the selling of the shares would have been thrashed out on the proviso on promotion long before now if there was willing buyers as well as willing sellers
