I am also over there with the same user name, quite like it, a lot less negativity than some of the wrist slashers on here, and loads less wums and mags

I'm prepared to think that you might get someone who's not ITK at all but because of a friendship or some like that, they know summat that others don't and maybe they want to advise for the greater benefit of the board, whilst not trespass on their friendship. I'm sure that happens.
 
So 606 are claiming that the deal is as good as over the line, however absolutely no other sources whatsoever to claim that it is over the line.

So either they have someone who has a contact right near the very top of the food chain at SAFC, or they don't have a clue.

I know clubs like to remain very tight lipped with takeover talk, but them knowing whilst absolutely no one else has a clue strikes me as extremely unusual and I'm quite highly sceptical over this.

To be fair @Hawyatt Earp has seen texts saying it’s all but done as well so it’s not just 606

Aside from the Ineos bloke, there aren’t even names doing the rounds. By the ‘done’ stage last time ALS had at least printed t-shirts telling us who had* bought the club.

Had a look over there and the moderation is a lot more relaxed. I think that’s partly because some disgruntled members of this place have tried to stir up legal proceedings on here which has resulted in zero tolerance for anything slightly provocative.

So give it time.

He isnt titillating though, he’s actually saying what he knows which is great. That’s what’s good about the forums. People do get actual information, there’s no doubt about that, and it’s good when it’s shared. Sometimes things don’t come off and that’s fair enough as well. It’s just the ‘done’ and ‘relax’ and all that titillation stuff that doesn’t convince or really inform

What annoys me is when people give info but then they say ‘but things can change in football, so it’s not 100%.’

Always giving that little bit of leeway so they can continue posting rumours.

It’s very journalistic most of the time.
