Aye irs a grey area where im no expert, would KLD have first refusal etc too.

They (Donald and co) have to offer the shares to KLD at a previously set price (it was in initial part takeover agreement) after hat they can sell them to whoever they like................kld did mention some deal about maintaining control even if shares sold to another party ....im less clear how that works especially if santi sells some of his shares as well.
