ypur second sentence is the deal SD wants..he has paid back almost all of it now anyway..only about £2m left to go..
KLD knows the price..it was agreed months ago..KLD agreed to it then..
 
We should all enjoy getting out of the third division but that’s the bare minimum requirement for SAFC. We need to be competing at the top end of the division above. That’ll take organisational, cohesion and unity at a boardroom and ownership level. And it’ll take financial commitment. To achieve that, Madrox have to depart.

If I’m not mistaken they’ve put money in as loans. So SAFC are in debt to them. It wasn’t feeding in money that the club already had.

yes it went in as loans,...but abramavhivh put money into chelsea only as loans..it doesnt matter as long as they dont try to get the loans repaid..ellis short put his in as loans initially then wiped most of the loans away..thats how it works..what I would imagine will happen is..when they sell their shares to KLD..they might normally expect a tax bill..but they can write off the loans they gace to safc as bad debts for tax purposes..and reduce their Ca[ital Gains tax bill..thats whay all owners do it at least partyl as loans..its not a problem as long as they dont try to claim the money back.

So you are saying the chancers have put back in £22m minimum between them.

But it’s quite different to them putting the parachute payments back in as you claimed. And it makes quite the difference when they’re valuing their share of the club to sell.
