Mate, there’s nothing false about what I post on here. I’m on here for debate and if some people can’t handle the truth then that’s not my problem. It seems some are on here just to absolutely hate on geordies and nothing else and that’s their prerogative. Remember it’s a forum pal. A place for discussion.
L

You’re just not getting it are you jlaws.

Has Wembley only been in existence since it was rebuilt ?? It’s like when people say Liverpool have only won 1 title, as if football started in 92, when the premier league and sky came along.

Dan I very much get it and would much rather Sunderland were in the FA cup final this weekend than the playoffs the following weekend.

But this "stat" is yet another metric that illustrates NUFC are not a big club. Big clubs win things and get to finals. The mags show reel is from the 1920's, 1950's and 1990's.

Even worse you think small - else you wouldn't be on here sneering and condescending at your lowly neighbours. Your motives for being here are so transparent.

Have a good day rejoining in your achievement of Premiership safety and potentially achieving your lifetime average of 14th.....in finance we call it Mean Reversion...

Mathematically safe. A minor Miracle.

Congratulations to Eddie Howe and the bonny lads!

12 points from first 20 games and only 1 win.

Not sure it’s ever been done before.

Miracle? No

Increyable? Yes

Any of the older lads got our side of this tale. I was only 10 so wasn't there. I believe we won the away tie on penalties & I used to work with the man who missed for them Jim Pearson. He took the ribbing well.
14 at the time vaguely remember those days but rememember derby games were awful black then thankfully it changed later mags used to be all owa

They are some boys these PIF lads aren't they - making 240bn in one day! I've just done a Bloomberg news search for it and can't see anything.

I'd respond on twitter but it is like banging your head against a wall.

Bloomberg has them at 205.7bn in equity holdings with 71 investments but that doesn't include non traded assets like real estate and infrastructure projects like NEOM. Of that 205.7bn 162bn is in Saudi Stocks - they are only holding them because no one else will and the market would collapse without the support of PIF. Then you have c33n in US stocks, 2.7bn in some Japanese stocks so once you discount the illiquid Saudi Stocks they have 43bn in equities. Still not to be sniffed at but doesn't sound as great as 400bn!
Only want a team that tries though. Even if they go another 70 years without winning anything, the fact they can crow about being "the richest" and relevant is all they will ever need to constantly stroke their massively fragile egos.

Richest club in the world No
Richest football owners in the world Yes

It's like bragging aldi being owned by the world's richest man but ultimately selling cheap shite

Asked whether he wants Sunderland to be promoted from League One, Howe told a press conference: “Wow a very difficult question…

“I’d say I’d love to experience managing a derby at some stage.

Seen this on NewsNow Sunderland. Anyone know which reporter or journalist asked Howe this question on his press conference and why the fuck it's relevant to Newcastle v arsenal
