They don’t even need to worry about that until after Tea.

Absolutely nothing going for us here, ball is doing nothing. Bowlers don’t look threatening at all.

Yeah more of a general opinion for captains of all teams to show more positive intent mate.

But yeah you right wicket seems that dead would not have mattered in this match.

On a more wider point think the current Warks V Lancs match far to negative of a match imo and not a good advert for 4 day cricket

Despite both teams not scoring no where near 400 in their first innings just going to turn out as another bore draw.

Could also say it shows seasons of neglect of spin bowling! it is day 4 and our slow bowlers have barely bowled.
Playing on green tops season in season out produces specialist on those wickets. To be honest we look void of ideas.
 
Ali dropped at gully. Couldn’t see it cause the camera operator had a brainfart but the commentator described it as a dolly.

After that opening spell this morning from Rushy and Potts he should have been bowling from one end and then the quicks rotated from the other end.
 
Can’t fault Salisbury here, he’s really running in hard and bending his back.

Stokes is either injured or on restricted overs, this situation has been crying out for a spell of his for about two hours now and still no sight of him…

Yeah get that, just always want to give a team in a winning position as much time as possible and batting again takes time out of a match.

It would be a shame after a poor start to the season and playing catch up not to really put down the peddle when in such a commanding position.

If Durham had to bat again and that a massive if no issue at all as more than likely very low score to chase on a good wicket.

Again just my opinion and the way I look at it very very surprised in general why follow ons are not enforced 90% of times.

It’s not about being risk averse it’s about giving you the best chance of winning the game by allowing your bowlers to be fresh and the pitch to be at its worst. Decisions like this aren’t made without teams being fully aware of all of the data beforehand.

If it had been over in 3 days people would say it’s not a good advert
