Potts looks to be someone who could bowl consistently 85/86 which is proper quick and what Cummins n hazlewood do

Not comparing quality bu the way and he needs to fill out even more but that’s they key and the difference at test level hit the top of off stump st that speed over and over.

The 90mph stuff is a bit of a myth; it helps in special spells but the key is accuracy and consistent pace

Apropos our previous discussion, there's an interest dichotomy between Salisbury/Rushworth and Stokes/Potts figures. It can't all be conditions and the new Dukes.

Think he was right to go with pace here they won’t wanna overbowled stokes

The pitches are flat and the extra pace and point of difference stands out, think it’s that simple
