How much of Sunderland did you visit?And for the record I'm not one of those people who slate other towns and cities, EVERYWHERE has its good and bad points.Bit daft getting onto opposing fans about slagging places off then turning around and doing exactly the same after a whistle stop visit.

A serious reply from someone living far away from both places. (And yes, I know where your town is located in England).

Other than inept management, a club that draws 30,000+ to home matches should easily have the resources to not get mired in the third tier of English football. It's been a very frustrating four years and hope that a fifth one is not in our cards. We really do belong in the Premier League and we will get there.

Most of us don’t think that we’re entitled to be in a higher division, but wouldn’t you expect us to be able to be good enough to get promoted? Would you be disappointed if you’d been relegated to the national conference? You would be a big-ish fish in a small pond.

I remember when your team were able to compete in the old 2nd division, do you have any aspiration to return there, or are you happy being established in league one?

Some of the posts re: geography were a piss-take.
