He isn’t underrated at all. People have high expectations of him as he has a lot of ability and showed potential but rarely delivers in the way top, top players do. That’s not underrating him, it’s calling out a player who could and should perform to a higher standard more consistently.

He does. That’s kind of the point. His record is unbelievable as is his consistency

He does what? His consistency is far from unbelievable (if you’re saying that in a positive sense). If it was, he’d start more games than he does for City.
