Even if he didn't do anything really bad, just didn't quite follow the correct procedure? To be fair, it does sound more like he's been a naughty boy on tour or something. Sure it'll come out in the next few days

Initially I thought a historic tweet, but then reads like he did it on the last england tour, the journos will be on it
