I liked coming on here, mainly cos my grandson is on your books, however since the NUFC takeover happened it has become very silly on both sides. Daft comments trying to out do each other, like two bald men fighting for a comb.
Fact is both clubs have been hampered by their fair share of dishonourable non ambitious owners and another plain fact is every one on here would have snapped the hand of the investment NUFC are getting, the only factor is the background to who actually owns NUFC....... and yes KSA background is at the very best suspect and has been barbaric. That said they have to start somewhere and they have a plan in place to improve its image world-wide and if that includes sport then so be it, some say sports washing....... only time will tell if that is true, I believe its called Saudi Vision 2030!
Ok, I am jewish, if anyone should ever forget the events of the holocaust then they should hang their heads in shame, it should be on the curriculum of every school across the globe, so I must hate all Germans? Actually not at all, Germany grew after the WW2, it evolved to a better place with less oppressive leaders.
Can you compare this with KSA? I doubt it as its a different type of regime in place although in the past no less brutal, but if lets say in 30 years time when I am long gone the Saudi Vision 2030 proved to be the start of an evolvement in the improvement then of its image then it should be applauded. problem is we live in the now and not the future....so nobody actually knows.

What I will say is I have only missed 18 home games at NUFC since 1970 and seen my fair share of Westwoods or in your case Cowies (Newcastle fans are better than Sunderland's is what he said - I bet that made him popular) and yet 52 years on I am still waiting for proper silverware........

In ten years time folk will forget who owns Newcastle, kids dont care they just like success and buy the strips and tat......... do you think you will ever compete on a level playing field again? thats not a dig thats a worry by the way.

First of all, the petition was supporting getting rid of Mike Ashley, secondly I doubt the majority of the people who signed were even aware who PIF was at the time let alone the background to KSA, so my thoughts are this....no doubt you will say deflection.

We didn't choose the owners they chose us, would I want better ones yes, but the fact is anyone with real money as a shady background inc Abramovich and I believe one of your charlatans. who owns and who acts on behalf of NUFC, well the Reuben bros are jewish as is jamie reuben. The PIF we know about....... I cant condone the background because which ever way you look at it its atrocious............ because I am fan of NUFC I have to hope that its the start of a change for Saudi (boxing F1 etc) but I am dubious.
