Something had to give to become more solid at the back but you're right, we need to create a lot more from open play. Hopefully Boadhead's movement helps with that.

Parky overloaded the wings and heavily relied on set pieces and balls into the box. It's what we do with Neil. He was buzzing a couple of weeks ago with the crosses we put in. The hope is that Neil is just building from the basics (which considering the slump we were in was necessary) and it will change, but it's pretty turgid stuff in the final third.

Our best chances first half were from corners. It wasn't until Pritchard went off we looked to get in behind and stretch them and we created our two best chances although were still pretty much half chances.
 
Was at the game. Charlton were horrendous and we couldn’t beat them. Sadly it’s league 1 next season look at the table.
 
Anyone know the crack from the meeting with our I was going to say owner but that would be wrong....largest shareholder?
 
We must win our next two home games vs Fleetwood and Crewe, then look at the table again. Having checked the remaining fixtures for all the teams in and around us, I'd like to think we will make the play offs.
 
Just haven't taken the chances we created today. By far the better side, not looking like a car crash at the back and some of the passing moves we put together were really slick.

I think we're on the right path. These two home games this week are crucial, six points from them and we'll look canny.

We’re a different team compared to the way LJ left it. Played them off the park and were unlucky in front of goal. That’s it.

Can you realistically see us winning 2 in a row when we have won 2 in 12? 🤔

We could be 9th FFS if the others win their games in hand. It's desperate, man. I would take 6th now, like.

There's nowt unlucky about creating no clear chances in 90 minutes. Let's face it. We haven't got the creativity or firepower. 😕
