The man knows Putin is on his way out and whoever takes over will go after all of the oligarchs who robbed billions from the country during his tenure.

Call me a cynic but it wouldn't surprise me if it’s just a clever ploy to save his own skin before Putin is toppled.

Cos he’s asking 4bn for Chelsea. But I agree on just writing off money owed. Surely that’s against financial fair play.
