Crazy. Either that's the bluff of the century or he's just disclosed Putins plan.

1. Ukraine split into 4 sections.
2. Moldova to be invaded as well.

Map has examples of USA army insignia from units stationed in Romania...

Its hilarious watching people engage Football fan for the first time knowing they are going through the process many have us have gone through already
I did think that when I engaged him tonight. Haven’t a clue who he is but bet plenty others do.
I’m out.

That's shocking that mind, what do you reckon 16/17? 18 tops?

They won't have even been told the truth why they were there. Putin was sending them to either their death or to be a pow. He really has zero compassion, he isn't right in the head.

They draft them in from these bleak Siberian villages that have f**k all, the sooner they can leave, join up and send money home the better. They look 16-17 to me.

I know we have to be careful, as its hard to know what's the truth or not with regards the invading Army, but if its as bad as it seems, poorly trained, poorly supplied, no real plan, is this a defining moment?

I think we have a lot more to worry about with China then Russia moving forward, I cant see Russia using nukes, more chance for Putin to be removed, it would be wonderful if Putin's attempts to recreate a USSR ended up with a closer Europe and a finished Russia as a creditable threat.

If Putin is removed and there's a true change in the thinking in Russia, we have to extend the olive branch and bring them into the fold, break the barriers of them and US, it will make for a much safer world.

I wonder how china is viewing all this and what's going through there minds now?

Anyway, each day Ukraine holds out is another nail in Putin's coffin, if reports we are seeing is true.

Not physically no. But it kind of already has as long as Putin doesn't win and install a stooge.

Ukraine, if Putin eventually backs down one way or another, will be welcomed into the EU with open arms. It will likely be given funding to rebuild it's county and will flourish in the trading block.

Meanwhile, Russia and Belarus and will whither under sanctions and become social outcasts for a long time.
Russia will win though if this goes all the way.
The only endgame I see is that talks end with Russia getting Crimea (and the dam unblocked), Donbass and a guarantee Ukraine never joins NATO.

If (hopefully it's true) some Russian units are just giving up and leaving, where are they going?

Can hardly see them just walking home and nothing coming of it. Putin would have them all in siberia as soon as the cross back into Russian territory?
I can’t see him being that lenient tbh. Firing squad to set an example.

18 is minimum age for Russian military service.

I think we’re still the only country in Europe to let under 18s join up.
