Are they waiting for the jets we’ve promised them? And if so, if that why Putin said yesterday if they use European weapons then he will see it as a sign of aggression? Is he baiting us?

I just can’t see the out here.

I suspect Putin will decimate kiyiv, claim victory and sod back off again and implore the world to stop the sanctions. We cannot do this until that arsehole of a man leaves office and they give up their nukes. We need people to stand for these crimes…

I think so. I think he wants them to use the EU jets, hence his comments yesterday.

possibly. mentioned above that they're mainly getting mig-29s which are really 'fighters' but also 14 SU-25s which are for close air support/ground attack.
this way the Migs can support the SU-25s.

Range might be a problem though. i heard these aircraft were going to be based in Poland (or other?). not sure if they have any mid air refueling capability(?)

Edit: there's always at least 1 US tanker in the air over the poland/romania/other

Just seen some videos I can’t where on here but my god this bastard needs stopping as soon as possible.

This is on par with some of the most evil acts of war if you can call it that.

Looks like they are also using illegal weapons against Ukraine.

I hope they give the Russians hell on earth when they step into the cities.

He changed his name but this is a story about his death. No comment on it being an ‘accident’ but anyone familiar with 1980’s Volvo’s probably knows they don’t typically just veer off the road and explode…

And I'm not saying we hand Ukraine over to Russia, make them a Russian satellite state etc, they'd be a neutral, indepedent country with an agreement not to join NATO.

All those folks who get excited about ‘bomb the bastards’ when we’ve invaded in the Middle East….this is the reality.

War is no good for anyone regardless where it is other than for the people profiting from it. Absolutely disgraceful in this day and age.
